Aldis Ejups, Chief Executive Officer

Al received his bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration from Wayne State University in 1966 and his roots in construction stem from the Michigan area. He moved to Stuart, FL in 1979 and has since been heavily involved in many of the construction efforts in the area. Al is a principal and one of the co-founders of TeamSouth Construction. He is responsible for construction policy and the overall operational oversight of the company. Al is a licensed State Certified General Contractor in Florida.

Charles H. Sabin, President

Charlie has been involved in construction since 1979 after graduating with a Bachelor of Building Construction Degree from the University of Florida. Charlie has been in the construction industry for over 25 years in high end residential and commercial construction. He is a principal and one of the co-founders of TeamSouth Construction. Charlie is responsible for the corporate oversight and financial control of the organization. Charlie is a licensed State Certified General Contractor in Florida.

Shawn C. Roberts, President, North Division

Shawn is a graduate of Auburn University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Sciences. Shawn has been involved in the construction of many University and K-12 projects in North Florida and South Georgia as well as numerous other commercial projects including offices, club house/resort and financial institutions. Prior to joining TeamSouth in 2003, he directed a regional office in Jacksonville, FL responsible for all aspects of operations, finances and marketing in 12 counties. Shawn is responsible for the operations and business development of the Tallahassee Office that serves North Florida and South Georgia. His other responsibilities are for selected business development efforts of TeamSouth as well as other corporate duties such as bonding, policy, company initiatives and oversight assistance on Public and Educational projects. Shawn is a licensed State Certified General Contractor in Florida and resides in Tallahassee, Florida.
